He also created Koric and Pigment play, skin care and cosmetic brands that focus on providing their customers with the best natural, vegan and cruelty-free ingredients. Both brands offer the highest quality products made with ethically sourced ingredients and are free from harsh chemicals or additives. Core Purpose: To share our messages with our consumer. Social Media, Influencer and PR who work to amplify our Brands and our Retail Marketing team who look after all in-store visual merchandising and trade marketing activity.
Core Purpose: To drive revenue and growth. The Commercial Planning team analyses data and generate insights to help the business make informed decisions. They also build and own our go-to-market strategy.
Core Purpose: To innovate and take leadership in new product development. The Research and Development team innovate a host of new concoction of ingredients and analyses data and generate insights to help create new product development. They also build and own our go-to-products.
Core Purpose: To explode sales growth online. We are a Digital First Business; it’s where we test and learn. The team drives revenue through our direct-to-consumer website and partnerships with retailers around the India.
Core Purpose: Manage regional accounts and drive growth in market. The sales teams are the face of our brands to our retail partners and build plans, strategies and guidelines that they execute locally.
Core Purpose: Ensure there are enough products to meet demand. Merchandisers forecast sales for all new and existing products to plan and execute global stock demand and ensure we remain inventory conscious.
